This section is for those who know the classes, and have played the game. This guide will cover each class and their "usual build" at lv 95.

There are 5 stats in RYL1 with common effect as below, applied to all classes:

STR = every 2 str give 1 damage

CON = increases health (increased amount depends on class), hp recovery

WIS = increases in MP pool (increased amount depends on class), mp regen. Every 2 wis give 1 mr, Higher wis increase power of wis based abilities,

INT = increases in MP pool (increased amount depends on class), mp regen. Every 10 int give a bonus skill point. Higher Int increases power of int based spells,

DEX = Increases movement speed (capped at around 220 dex), reduces cooldown time of abilities. Every 5 dex give 1% crit and 1 ed

HUMAN Edit

Note: most human should have at least 131 dex to wear the best dex helm that gives 20 ed. Except for acolytes because ed doesn't matter much to them.

Defender

Characteristics: high HP, low damage, mostly tanker role, also often use backcut for AOE disruption.

Main stats are str and con, most builds for defender revolve around str, con & dex

Default str and con at level 95 are 161.

Unique features:

HP: 800+Lv*(40+(CON-20))

MP: INT(300+Lv*(40+(int-20)/2+(WIS-20)/2))

ATT: INT(STR/2)

Extra Attack: INT(STR/4)

Extra Defence: INT(STR/4+DEX/5)

Critical Hit Rate: INT(DEX/5)

Magic Resistance: INT(LV/4)+INT((WIS-20)/2)

Build 1: get enough strength for the wanted weapon as sword or axe (normally 188) and enough con for wanted armor/shield (normally 165) then rest dex. Counting with bonus from gear, remember to have round stats so nothing will be wasted (amount of Str must be able to divide for 4, Dex can divide for 5)

Build 2: 168 con, use the relative blunt weapon and the rest points can be put in dex.

Warrior

Characteristics: high damage, low HP, damage dealer role.

Main stats are str and con, most builds for warrior revolve around str, con & dex

Default str and con at level 95 are 208 and 114.

Unique features:

HP: 550+Lv*(40+(CON-20))

MP: INT(550+Lv*(40+(int-20)/2+(WIS-20)/2))

ATT: INT(STR/2)

Extra Attack: INT(STR/4)

Extra Defence: INT(STR/4+DEX/5)

Critical Hit Rate: INT(DEX/5)

Magic Resistance: INT(LV/4)+INT((WIS-20)/2)

Build 1: learn both axe and sword mastery to dual wield both and get enough con for the wanted armor (normally 140/145) then rest dex.

Assasin

Characteristics: High burst damage from steath with fast cool down. Become quite useless if netted or poisoned.

Main stats are str and dex, most builds revolve around dex, con and possibly some int for pvp

Default str and dex at level 95 are 114 and 208

Unique features:

HP: INT(300+Lv*(40+(CON-20)/2))

MP: INT(800+Lv*(40+(int-20)/2+(WIS-20)/2))

ATT: INT(STR/2)+INT(DEX/6)

Extra Attack: INT(DEX/4)

Extra Defence: INT(DEX/2.25) **

Critical Hit Rate: INT(DEX/5)

Magic Resistance: INT(Lv/4)+INT((WIS-20)/2)

Build 1:full dex

Build 2: 42 int to learn halt 2.0 and 1.5 magic cell, then full dex

Build 3: get enough con to wear wanted Con glove/boots/shield then rest dex

Archer

Characteristics: High burst damage from steath with fast cool down and ranged attacks. Become useless if netted or poisoned.

Main stats are str and dex, the most popular build is full dex.

Default str and dex at level 95 are 161.

Unique features:

HP: INT(550+Lv*(40+(CON-20)/2))

MP: 550+Lv*(40+(int-20)/2+(WIS-20)/2)

ATT: INT(STR/2)+INT(DEX/6)

Extra Attack: INT(DEX/4)

Extra Defence: INT(DEX/2.25) **

Critical Hit Rate: INT(DEX/5)

Magic Resistance: INT(Lv/4)+INT((WIS-20)/2)

Build 1 : full dex

Sorcerer

Characteristics: High magical damage potential and withstand well physical attacks but very vulnerable to magic attacks.

Main stats are int and dex. Most builds revolves around int, dex and con

Default int and dex at level 95 are 208 and 114

Unique features:

HP: INT(300+Lv*(40+(CON-20)/2))

MP: 800+Lv*(40+(int-20))

ATT: INT(STR/2)

Extra Attack: INT(INT/4)

Extra Defence: INT(INT/4+DEX/5)

Critical Hit Rate: INT(DEX/5)

Magic Resistance: INT(Lv/4)+INT((WIS-20)/2)

Build 1: get enough con for wanted Con glove/boot/shield then rest int

Enchanter

Characteristics: Decent magical damage potential and withstand well physical attacks but very vulnerable to magic attacks. Can buff ATT for others.

Main stats are int and dex. Most builds revolves around int, dex and con

Default int and dex at level 95 are 161

Cleric

Characteristics: Healer role, high hp and mr so can tank well against magic, but vulnerable to physical attacks.

Main stats are wis and con. Most builds revolves around wis, con and dex

Default wis and con at level 95 are 208 and 114

Unique features:

HP: 550+Lv*(40+(CON-20))

MP: 550+Lv*(40+(WIS-20))

ATT: INT(STR/2)

Extra Attack: INT(WIS/2)

Extra Defence: INT(DEX/5)

Critical Hit Rate: INT(DEX/5)

Magic Resistance: INT(Lv/4)+INT((WIS-20)/2)

Build 1: get enough con for wanted armor then rest dex

Priest

Characteristics: Buffer role, provide the highest defence buff in game. High hp and mr so can tank well against magic, but no effective healing skill and very limited offensive spells.

Main stats are wis and con. Most builds revolves around wis, con and dex and possibly some int

Default wis and con at level 95 are 161.

Unique features:

HP: 800+Lv*(40+(CON-20))

MP: 300+Lv*(40+(WIS-20))

ATT: INT(STR/2)

Extra Attack: INT(WIS/2)

Extra Defence: INT(DEX/5)

Critical Hit Rate: INT(DEX/5)

Magic Resistance: INT(Lv/4)+INT((WIS-20)/2)

Build 1: get enough con for wanted armor then rest dex

Build 2: 168 con for 1H/2H blunt, learn blunt mastery. 84 str for slight attack 3.0, then rest dex

AKKAN Edit

Templar

Characteristics: high HP, low damage potential, mostly tanker role, can cast spell to increase block rate for others.

Build 1: get enough strength for the wanted sword(normally 188) and enough con for wanted armor/shield (normally 165) then rest dex.

Build 2: 168 con, use the relative blunt weapon and the rest points can be put in dex.

Attacker

Characteristics: low HP, decent damage, can be built to high ed to fill tanker role, also often use sky rocket for AOE disruption, provide addional ATT for party with Song of battle.

Gunner

Characteristics: decent HP, very high damage potential in stealth mode or normal shooting with gun arm, but very vulnerable when exposed due to low ed.

Main stats are con and dex. The most popular build is full dex.

Default dex and con at level 95 are 161

Unique features:

HP: INT(300+Lv*(40+(CON-20)/2))

MP: INT(800+Lv*(40+(int-20)/2+(WIS-20)/2))

ATT: INT(STR/2)

Extra Attack: INT(DEX/2)

Extra Defence: INT(DEX/5)

Critical Hit Rate: INT(DEX/5)

Magic Resistance: INT(Lv/4)+INT((WIS-20)/2)

Build 1: Full dex

Shadow

Characteristics: Decent burst damage from steath with fast cool down. Become useless if disabled.

Share similar features with archer, but fighting style is melee stealth like assasin.

HP: INT(800+Lv*(40+(CON-20)/2))

MP: INT(300+Lv*(40+(int-20)/2+(WIS-20)/2))

ATT: INT(STR/2)+INT(DEX/6)

Extra Attack: INT(DEX/4)

Extra Defence: INT(DEX/2.25) **

Critical Hit Rate: INT(DEX/5)

Magic Resistance: INT(Lv/4)+INT((WIS-20)/2)

Build 1: full dex, use 158str sword and learn sword mastery/weapon strike for maximized offence

Build 2: 42 int for halt 2.0, get enough con for wanted life jointing/safe guard, use 20 con wis hammer, learn dark sword. Fighting strategy is launching dark sword in steath mode, then boom and stun opponent.

Rune

Characteristics: High magical damage potential, can buff ATT for others but very vulnerable to all attacks due to low ed and mr.

Share similar features with sorcerer.

Build 1: enough dex for wanted armor (normally 155 or 165) enough con for wanted life jointing/safe guard (normally 3.0 or 4.0) then rest int

Life

Characteristics: healer role, can withstand well all kind of attacks due to high ed and mr. Have limited access to offensive skills.

Main stats are wis and dex. Most builds revolve around wis, dex and con

Default wis and dex at level 95 are 208 and 114

Unique features:

HP: INT(550+Lv*(40+(CON-20)/2))

MP: 550+Lv*(40+(WIS-20))

ATT: INT(STR/2)

Extra Attack: INT(WIS/2)

Extra Defence: INT(WIS/2+DEX/5)

Build 1: enough dex for wanted armor (normally 140 to 165) enough con for wanted life jointing/safe guard (normally 2.0 or 3.0) then rest wis

Defender, Temlar 206 con 206 str

Warrior, Attacker 144 con 268 str

Gunner : 206 con 206 dex

Sin : 144 str 268 dex

Archer, Shadow: 206 str 206 dex

Sorcerer, Rune : 144 dex, 268 int

Enchanter : 206 dex, 206 int

Priest : 206 con 206 wis

Cleric, Life : 144 con 268 wis

Extra note:

Normally, if a server increases max level to 125 will cause unbalance among classes. As cited above, imagine with each level more, life off and rogues/shadow will easily get more ed, gunner easily get more ea (they only need 2 points for each relative stats) while the other classes hardly gain ea/ed (Fighters/Templar/Attacker need 4 str for 1 ea. Rogues /shadow need 4 dex for 1 ea ....)

Brief, if the server admin leaves everything as default, at level 125, life off and sin will be very tanky due to enormous amount of ed, gunner becomes OP with extreme ea. Warrior will have enough dex to use stack bug of 4 skills.
